2. Companies registering are required to create a user ID and password for each individual user of the system and not to share the same ID between multiple people.

3. Gooflight reserves the right to terminate system access immediately for companies that are found in breach of any of the terms described herein and for companies found to have abused this service at Gooflight' sole discretion.

4. Gooflight makes no warranty for and will not be held responsible for the accuracy of any of the information available on this web site.

5. Gooflight does not make any representation, term warranty or condition, express or implied, by statute or otherwise, regarding the Gooflight service, its fitness for any purpose, its quality, its merchantability or otherwise.

6. Gooflight shall not be liable for any damage or loss, special, direct or consequential, of any kind arising under or in consequence of this agreement, or have any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever or howsoever arising in relation to any information processed by the Gooflight service.

7. Gooflight reserves the right to terminate the Gooflight service at any time with no notice period.

8.Users are not allowed to disclose in any way (including listings on public Web sites or newsgroups) Gooflight user IDs or passwords to consumers, corporate travellers or any other 3rd parties not employed by the company.
Direct links or any other method aimed at bypassing the Gooflight login process while providing access to the Gooflight site, including embedding the user ID and Password in a Web page, without prior written consent from Gooflight, are also strictly prohibited.
If the Company or any of its employees breaches any of the above terms of this agreement, the account will be terminated immediately.
Gooflight reserves the right to use any legal method necessary to recover unpaid usage fees.
